Introduction to commissioning
You will receive an introduction by our commissioning engineers for every RONDO system that you install in t your operation . We will work with you to define the best practice for the production sequence and explain the best cleaning processes.
Servicing and maintenance
RONDO can provide a,bespoke service plan for your installationnsi Upon request, we will also organise follow-up training or training for your maintenance team. This will be organised by your local RONDO subsidiary.

RONDO Service & Support
RONDO keeps your production system up and running by carrying out regular inspections and servicing, where necessary completing repairs and providing replacement service kits.

Saturday/Sunday: Voicemail messages will be listened to every 2 to 3 hours.
Your request for training
Please include the serial number for your machine with every request. The serial number is located next to the power cable input or behind the flour duster on dough sheeters.
