We guarantee that all of our machines and lines fully compliant with the standards of the EU Machinery Directive. The CE label is a self-declaration. Adherence to the Directive is checked meticulously in-house.

All of our machiney is r developed and tested with a focus on maximum occupational safety and minimising any other risks. The specifications for these certificates are defined by specialist institutes and adherence to them is verified independently.

RONDO is also a member of various development committees such as the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). The EHEDG guarantees full compliance with hygienic design principles. Upon request, this certificate can be supplied with most RONDO installations for a fee.

RONDO builds durable machines that have a sturdy but compact design. We use non-rusting, very high-quality chromium steel and anodised aluminium. We rarely use steel sheet and, if so, only if it has been coated.

RONDO adheres to industry-specific, international standards. Our processes are monitored on a regular basis by means of risk analyses as well as mechanical and electric checks.

RONDO is continuously optimising energy efficiency and ensures sustainable operation throughout the entire company. It goes without saying that our machines and lines also adhere to the European Ecodesign Directive and that out installations use energy-efficient electric motors.
