Initial help over the phone
In the event of an urgent problem with your RONDO installation, the fastest way to get in touch with us is over the phone. In the event of less critical queries, please complete the form including the serial number of the machine. We will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Augmented reality

On site
Inspections, regular servicing or more complex repairs are completed by our RONDO service technicians personally at your site. By the way, around 90% of problems are can be solved during a single site visit.
