Initial help over the phone
In the event of an urgent problem with your RONDO machine, the fastest way to get in touch with us is on the phone by calling our service line. In the event of less critical queries, please complete the form including the serial number of the machine. We will contact you as quickly as possible.
If you wish, we can guide you through the process of installing or repairing your line using augmented reality (AR technology) – just as if a RONDO service technician were standing next to you. Please contact us for further details.
Inspections, regular servicing and repair work will be completed by our RONDO service technicians at your site. By the way, around 90% of problems can be solved during a single site visit.
