RONDO service contracts
With a service contract from RONDO, you will increase the reliability of your production line and budget your maintenance costs more accurately. You will also benefit from your equipment being monitored by our experts on a regular basis.
Service contracts - overview
We will inspect your equipment once a year and will create a final report highlighting any recommended courses of action. The inspection contract runs for one to three years and might allow you to benefit from discounts on service parts.
We will check your equipment in regular intervals, complete all of the required service work and replace any worn parts. Any repairs will be listed in the final report and will include a quotation.
When concluding a maintenance contract with RONDO, you can also apply for a warranty extension. This extends the warranty of your system by one or two years - depending on the desired term. The warranty extension is only possible when purchasing a new system.
